What is Neuro-Oncology?
Neuro-oncology refers to cancers of the brain or spinal cord. They are relatively rare, can affect anyone at any age, and typically require care from a multidisciplinary team for best outcomes. Learn more: Neuro-Oncology

The Neuro-Oncology Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) is a group of healthcare professionals who collaborate to provide comprehensive care for individuals diagnosed with brain cancer.

The MDT is chaired by Associate Professor Hao-Wen Sim, a medical oncologist. It is attended by neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, neurologists, pathologists, imaging specialists, nurses and social workers. Meetings are held fortnightly.
